Im on the couch studying. The bed looks nice. But I cant surrender to it. Ive been sleeping too much. I slept all day yesterday. Even through Eunices barbeque. She invited her friends over again. They were chilling in the pool. Too bad Virginia wasnt with them. I might have joined them if she was. Instead I went back upstairs and slept.

Kaya didnt come over Friday. She didnt even call. I was worried sick. Thinking maybe she got into an accident. I tried her number. Left her several messages. I even tried her sister. But all she gave me was Tessas number. So I tried there and left a message. Several hours later. Kaya calls me. Tells me shes sorry. She cant come over this weekend. Thats it. Thats all. She doesnt say come over. Or lets talk tomorrow. She just says maybe next weekend.

I dont know. I thought things were returning to normal. But then Tessa came into the picture. Now everything is so complicated. I dont know Kaya anymore. I cant read her. I dont know what shes thinking.

Its too much to handle. I dont need this right now. I think its affecting my health.
