I was in her bed! I was sleeping in her bed. My head was on her pillow. My body between her bedsheets. Just inches away from her. I was in her bed. I slept in her bed. I cant believe it. I slept in her bed!

Her dorm room. Weve been there before. A couple of times. We rotate locations. Depending upon availability. So anyway. We retire to her dorm room. Work on the lists. Im tired as hell. But she is so close. Distracting me. I keep taking mental snapshots. Every glance. Then I close my eyes. I fantasize. Imagine us on a beach. Slow dancing under the stars. Just the two of us. The waves lick at our feet. We stare into each others eyes. And our lips meet.

I fell asleep. They flowcharted without me. They said they felt sorry for me. So they let me sleep. They woke me when they were through. Everyone was leaving. It was time to go home. I was still groggy. So she let me sit for awhile. I watched her leave. A few minutes later come back. Then leave again. I must have fallen asleep. She said she tried waking me. Then she took my shoes off. Pushed me under the covers.

Nothing happened though.

She woke me in the morning. I was all fucked up. Scatterbrained. I had dreamed of turtles. She said she let me sleep there. I asked where she slept. She said she squeezed herself in.

Damn! A perfect opportunity blown. I could have snuggled. Felt her body next to my body. Her skin touching my skin. All under the guise of sleep. The perfect cover up. Damn! I blew it.

Ive been scatterbrained all morning. Damn! I still cant believe it. I slept in her bed!!!
